As a consequence of the winding down of the Bank's shipping activities, I left the bank in September 2014. Following a break of some 10 months I returned, in July 2015, to the banking industry working for Clydesdale Bank PLC in their Customer Experience and Marketing Department handling customer complaints. I am organised with a logical approach to tasks. A proven ability to develop, challenge and improve processes including operational risk mitigation and reporting, while maintaining strict adherence to compliance. Recognised for delivering on time and within budget. I am recognised as having strong interpersonal skills to maximise on strengths of self and colleagues. Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
