I am nationally certified in Oncology and Medical Surgical Nursing. I also enjoy presenting to groups, collecting and analyzing data, and working as a team player. I work enthusiastically with teams to create a vision, all while motivating and guiding them to accomplish new ways of doing things. Some recent projects include Ambulatory Key Concepts for RN's, and Unit Based Skills for ambulatory clinics at Huntsman. While at Memorial Hermann I created a Oncology Nurse Mentorship Program for RN's. These projects are at the top of my strengths and passion.
