The 60,000 sq ft. Convention Centre offers tradeshow services, professional audio visual services, an in house executive chef and culinary team, reception space for weddings & banquets and complimentary on-site parking. Building a strong relationship and credibility with the client assures both parties experience a win/win partnership.In conjunction with the Director, coordinated corporate sales and premium seating services for the South Okanagan Events Centre and actively participated in the sale of advertising, sponsorships and promotions for the Penticton Vees Jr. 'A' BCHL hockey team and other events. To secure successful partnerships market research, the creation and development of sales presentations, contracts, compliance forms, report forms, creation of suite rental packages and collateral materials were implemented. Other responsibilites included sponsorship activation for hockey and other events and ensuring contractual obligations were being met, coordination of major in game promotions and premium seating servicing. Responsible for overseeing in conjunction with the Marketing Department all aspects of the sales, marketing and solicitation of new business opportunities which promotes Group Sales for the Penticton Vees Junior 'A' Hockey Team, selected family shows & events and dinner packages. Other responsibilites included developing and implementing sales plans, liase with promoters on group sales plans and budgets and assist with development and implementation of revenue and expense budgets for the Group Sales Department.
