Brandon Croft Email & Phone Number | Ever since I was a little kid, I have loved drawing, doodling, and building. I would draw my favorite sports players, doodle in class when I was supposed to be listening, and build all kind of objects with Legos. I am incredibly fortunate to do this for a living… not build with Legos, but draw and build inside a 3D environment. My career started in the swimming pool industry where I designed construction components for in-ground swimming pools. After a couple years at an established corporation, I had a chance to work at a startup company in the same field. The opportunity to help build something new was incredible! Admittedly, I was very green to be managing the launch of new products, but the leadership team had full trust in me, so I went for it. In my time there, we built a full product line of steel, plastic, and composite swimming pool products. It was a great experience to be part of a new, growing company. I moved on from swimming pools in 2008 and have been developing food packaging ever since. I work on projects with many different national brands including Chick-fil-A, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Café Valley Bakery, and Hy-Vee Supermarkets to name a few. Along with designing products, I have been practicing project management and leadership skills. In 2018, while at D&W Fine Pack, I took on an interim position as Project Manager to help drive the New Product Development process and establish better procedures. A year later, after a permanent Project Manager was hired, I returned to my main role in product development. As a senior level designer, I have additional responsibilities of training, mentoring, and project assistance. It’s been a fun ride so far. I still love to draw, doodle, and build, I just do it differently than when I was a kid. I have developed a passion for personal growth, product design, and working within a team. I hope I can continue to do what I love for many years to come!
