It makes for a fun but short convo because all I can say is “I needed a job”. Beyond looking forward to a paycheck, I can say experience in both the fashion and financial industries have been rewarding. My ultimate skill is creativity. It has helped assist and resolve customer concerns and conflicts rather it be the fit of their garment, or suspected fraud within their banking account. I also have researched, developed, designed, and constructed an entire clothing collection as well as workflow procedures and processes for companies in the early phases of introducing a new feature in their app. The way I look at it is my creativity is an overall skill that can be used no matter the industry that I am involved in. Investigating fraud went from “just a job” to a skill I value more than originally anticipated. I love being able to create a space that keeps the customer and business worry free of risk. Being present on the front line of identifying and escalating high risk behavior gives me the drive to mitigate it as best I can providing high quality results of research and resolution. I appreciate every opportunity to learn something new and provide people with a better peace of mind. I take no responsibility for granted, and deliver my best at every moment.
