And finally, Mr. Gerla was awarded the Real Estate Board of New York’s “Deal of the Year” for representing ownership of 11 Madison Avenue in the leasing of 1.1 million sq. ft. to Credit Suisse for its U.S. headquarters, while simultaneously creating a building-within-a-building concept in the tower for Sony’s 550,000-sq.-ft. U.S. headquarters. During his tenure at CBRE, Mr. Gerla has been named a Top 100 Producer and has been awarded CBRE’s Colbert Coldwell Circle Award several times.
