He has also undertaken fundraising exercise via Equity and Debts eg: Bank, Bond, Sukuk, commercial paper, Structure Sukuk, Public and Private equity, financial due diligence, special investigations, listing exercise, and corporate exercise varying from mergers and acquisitions, domestic, foreign-based initial public offering. Led consulting projects covering areas such as assisting in formalizing strategic listing plans, advising on the preparation of financial statements and related financial data required in the listing process, responding to questions raised by the professional parties, and the Securities Commission. Bosco Cheong has successfully assisted the companies listed on the KLSE and SGX. I am currently working in OCK Group Berhad as a Group Regional Senior Financial Controller. In charge, KLSE reporting matters, Corporate Finance and oversees the Telecommunication Tower and Renewable energy business in Myanmar; Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and China.
