Key Achievements Played key role in developing and implementing Global role within IQVIA Global Site Activation team Team size grew from 2-3 Ad-hoc resources to 130+ in less than 2 year, onboarded resources in 10 plus countries including Latin America, North America, Europe and Asia-Pac region. Created and implemented multiple process to resolve persisting delivery issues Optimized process to improve quality and delivery. Revamped reporting process using visualization tools which resulted in reduction of manual reporting hours. Lead global team in the capacity of business adoption/functional lead for implementing new tools/systems. ' Managed to reduce backlogs to less than 1% from 85% by implementing the process, workflow and reporting method I have proposed. After successful implementation of this process and result we received multiple new process request from the key sponsor. By process optimization, improved cycle time of E2E contract amendment execution time from 90 Days to less than 23 days.
