Role and Responsibilities (Key accountabilities): • Leads design projects from both a strategic and execution lens, while keeping business stakeholders and agency partners aligned and engaged in the process from initial strategy to final implementation. • Find the right mix of online advertising channels: Google Search, Google Display, Bloomfire, LinkedIn, etc. based on our persona’s needs and in the function of our UVP and the relevant business objectives. • Schedule projects and define budget constraints based on requirements • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand. • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
