Have good knowledge/experience in Contractual/legal matters including the formulation of a CLEAR Scope of Work. Well aquainted with various contract standards from Industrial production, Oil & Gas and Sub-sea. Possess wide experiences from establishing Contract/Procurement strategies and negotiations of Contracts, VORs and Claims/Final Settlements. Have a rather good understanding of technical matters and requirements. A successful completion of any project is based on a good, detailed planning and monitoring the interaction between sub-contracting and procurement as the former is to be regarded as “client” to the latter.
