Bill has also been active in the trustees of Easter Seals of Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore, the Pennsbury Township Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission, City of Wilmington Planning Commission, the Governor’s Task Force on the Future of the Brandywine and Christina Rivers, the Wilmington Rotary Club, the Boy Scouts of America, and the Aldersgate United Methodist Church Brass Ensemble. Bill is also a former National Director of the American Institute of Architects representing the Middle Atlantic Region. He is the founding President of the Penn State Department of Architecture Alumni Group and a Member of the Penn State College of Arts and Architecture Alumni Society Board of Directors.
