Dyer was responsible for providing strategic direction for these companies that ranged in volume from 100 million to 550 million. Food and nutrition has been one of the main passions for Dyer over his extensive career, from retail management to the wholesale side of the business. Among Dyer’s other business accomplishments he was co-owner, operator of Eagle Food Centers a 110 store grocery chain with annualized sales volume of 1.3 Billion.
