I am a thought provoking activist, speaker, writer, and consultant at the intersections of mental health & diversity, equity, and inclusion. Leveraging my financial services and consulting expertise, I strategically advise organizations and leaders across industries to highlight their responsibility in supporting mental health and create a culture of inclusion for all. In addition, I advocate for student mental health and equitable rights to access education in the classroom through workshop facilitation and public speaking events. Previously, I have spent twelve years of my career in financial services, delivering large scale programs across regulatory reform, technology integration, and data analytics. I have worked with companies such as UBS, Fidelity, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, TPICAP, and HSBC. My most noteworthy role during that time period was when I served as UK Mental Health Lead at Capco, where I independently identified and implemented a robust program to increase mental health support across a global workforce of 4000+ employees - resulting in multiple global accolades from the following organizations: This Can Happen, Inside Out, Working Mums UK, and Make a Difference.
