Through our work with couples we began to notice how health issues became an added stress to couples’ relationships and identified smoking addiction was one of the chief culprits. Because we are ex-smokers and very familiar with the addiction, we became passionate about helping addicted smokers in becoming nicotine-free for good and added smoking cessation coaching to our practice. We both bring total commitment to creating sustainable personal well-being and healthy committed relationships, all in the service of families and the wider human community to which we all belong.
