Bethany Hoffe is a Creativity and event coordination are two of the many passions that I have. When I transferred to the Bachelors of Public Relations program at Mount Saint Vincent University I knew instantaneously that I found a degree that combined those passions. Through the cooperative education program at the Mount, I was able to work at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) for all three of my co-op placements. While at PSPC as I grew professionally, my interests in internal communications, event planning, and employment equity/ diversity did as well. I discovered that the Government of Canada presents a dynamic, changing workforce where public servants are constantly striving to deliver top quality services to Canadians—something that is important to me. My goal is to continue my career with government as it provides a work environment where I am able to be creative and share ideas to contribute to the greater success of the organization. Outside of my work life, I can usually be found with a good cup of coffee and book, watching a movie, volunteering in the community, or spending time with family and friends.
