My doctoral research, entitled “Pennsylvania School Resource Officers as Mentor/Counselors, Including Levels of Intervention”, highlights some of the positive work of SROs and offers insight as to how they respond to incidents of misbehaviors and the importance of diversion from the juvenile justice system.
