Bertus Uys is a I have been responsible for the creation, implementation and accreditation of many ISO 9000 systems in various industries. I am constantly involved in the improvement of designs, technical assistance to Engineering, product and process improvements, and factory and yard layouts. I have years of technical and administrative experience, being involved with process improvements, drawings, manufacturing processes, etc. I have also worked with systems such ISO/TS 16949, Q1, VDA 6 (BMW), QM 58 (Eskom) over and above ISO 9000, 14001 & 18001 systems. I have been exposed to mass production at Bosal, Eloptro, Ermetec, LEW (Armscor), FSI, MIR, Widney, GMSA, Hamon SA and at many suppliers in the motor industry, armaments manufacture, plastics, glass, rubber, steel, forging, foundry and plating industries. I have experience in SPC, process improvements and development. I am conversent with Windows 10 and PowerPoint. I create my own training material which I use to train Employees.
