During the last years to 2012 I specialized on optimizing processes to improve decision taking and profitability when planning and applying Marketing programs. My focus was very much team oriented and based on coaching people to better and faster develop their and their team's skills and capabilities to optimize the impact of their Marketing investments. Given the opportunity to decide for an early retirement I took the chance to leave Bayer Healthcare in July 2012. I enjoyed a self-decreed sabbatical until end of June 2013 to recover energy and to get the necessary distance to my former employment. Now, officially retired at the age of 63 I'm open to face up with interesting opportunities to share my lifelong acquired experience and knowledge with other people, not necessarily only restricted to the Pharmaceutical Industry. There are always opportunities to help people improving their own working together in teams when there is the need to achieve both, their personal and Business Goals.
