Benjamin Baragrey Email & Phone Number | At CalArk was recruited to open the Oklahoma City location as the contracted logistics carrier for Napa Auto Parts distribution center. It was my responsibility to oversee all driving/warehouse operations which included up to 27 employee's with a fleet of at least 22 units. Five days a week delivering to over 198 stores every day within four states (Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Arkansas). Plainly I was over the entire operations here, while working with CalArk administration daily. HR, Recruiting, Safety, Payroll, Operation's, Maintenance. Using my independent discretion to manage drivers, fleet, maintenance. It is easier to say "Napa loads our trucks and we deliver their product." Reflecting back (besides the daily operations) one of my favorite take-a-ways was onboarding at a unique time of growth... then knowing we as a company all supported one another and progressed positive changes together. A great experience overall, onto the next adventure!
