I also swept the floors and cleaned the bathroom, ect. At the end of that summer my boss asked if I would like to stay on full time and learn how to work on heavy equipt and snow cats, I said yes please!! Since then I have become an excellent heavy equipt and snow cat mechanic, the whole time moving my way up through the ranks and getting my welding certs and all kinds of other trainings and certs. 10 years later, I am now, and have been the manager of my department going on three years now. It's been a long crazy ride and I am eternally, forever greatful for this company taking a chance on a young kid all those summers ago.
