Belinda Roberts is a With 30 years in workers compensation, my breadth of knowledge and experience speaks for itself. From opening mail to managing the largest workers compensation department outside of the contracted insurers, I have been there, done that, seen it all - the good and the bad. At SA Health I successfully integrated 54 staff from around many locations into one highly functioning team, with a single set of policies, procedures and tools of trade. Training is my forte, with an emphasis on adult learning styles and interesting and interactive packages - no falling asleep allowed. The training I implemented at SA Health was highly regarded by both senior management and executive and well received by all groups, with over 98% of participants endorsing the package. I excel at policy, procedure, performance standards, and managing change - and staff.
