I’ve developed, implemented and led a range of diverse primary health care and wellbeing services including general practice, pharmacotherapy, social work teams, harm reduction programs, First Nations programs, mobile health initiates, immunisation programs, homeless health programs, BBV and sexual health initiatives, chronic disease management programs and multidisciplinary team responses. I’ve designed, advised and collaborated on public health initiatives, research and evaluation in blood born viruses, sexual health, homelessness & health, harm reduction programs, NSP program delivery, immunisation, harm reduction peer programs, mental health reform, overdose prevention and more. I am a social work supervisor and passionate about justice doing, centering ethics and human rights and developing social workers and multidisciplinary health teams who are engaged, collaborative and critical thinkers and advocates. I’m a sessional tutor and lecturer at the School of Global, Urban and Social Studies - Social Work and Human Services at RMIT university. I teach improvised comedy, valuing its intention of supporting people to be vulnerable, brave, creative, playful, authentic, supportive and clear communicators. I am the co-founder of Growth Factory, a team building and leadership program using improvisational theatre to help unlock you and your team’s potential.
