(Identifying potential problems and escalating these where appropriate) Providing administrative support in other areas and work on ad hoc client projects as required Running Weekly and End Month reports Running ad hoc reports when required Working directly with payroll and account payable department, being first point of contact for any payroll issues, resolving payroll issues Co-operating with Legal department ( gathering Visa’s, Work Permits, every year check-ups) Follow-ups, checks and gathering of references Ensuring all contractual information that comes into the administration department is accurately and securely filed on a timely basis Supporting onsite account team Creating trackers and process manuals to improve the system.
