  Bcba Jassimran Sandhu Ed Lba is a I knew from a young age I wanted to work with children, but in what capacity didn’t come to me until 2015 when I entered the field of ABA. I have worked from being a BT, RBT, RBT Apprentice, BCaBA, and now to a BCBA. I take it as my duty to advocate for the kiddos and families I have the opportunity to work for. It is my priority to provide a nurturing and positive learning environment for every child on my caseload to ensure they thrive, gain skills in their repertories, and eventually transition out of ABA when ready which also includes parent training to ensure the generalization of skills. I have provided individualized treatment plans for children on a wide variety of socially significant skills based off VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, EFL, socially savvy, and The Inventory of Good Learner Repertoires assessments for both current clients and new evaluations joining my caseload. I have an experience writing, implementing and training on behavior reduction plans to reduce maladaptive behaviors backed by evidence based practices. I have worked with children ranged from 3 to 18 years old. With experience being an RBT and RBT apprentice I enjoy training new and veteran RBTs to build skills required to conduct their sessions as well as building on independent problem solving skills and naturalistic teaching.
