Draw up operations schedule, requisitions, orders, guidelines, charts, diagrams and other technical documentations. Exercise control and coordinate actions to timely and appropriately execute the works conducted by drilling rig and Co-man. Comply with requirements of safety. Constantly improve qualification and develop professional skills needed to fulfill duties specified by the present guideline. Completion of all paper works. Team work Neyrfor - Schlumberger in Russia and Kazakhstan. Sand and Acid Fracturing, Matrix Acidizing, Selective Acidizing using with packers (ball injectors) Stimulation of production services Manifold processing with proppant, acid fracturing, and acid processing under fracturing pressure, sand inflow and water inflow control and deposit formation prevention. Hydraulic fracturing In-place permeability rise to workover Acid processing under pressure lower hydraulic fracturing pressure Bed structural failure removal and sand and carbonate reservoirs source efficiency refresh Duties: Equipment Maintenance High Pressure Pump Control Repairing of plungers, discharge and suction valves Outside/Backside Supervision Hydrochloric Acid and other chemical substance experience. Assist the Drilling Supervisor in supervision of operation in accordance with approved programs and plans, abiding by KPO Corporate Policy and Procedures Assist the Drilling Supervisor in supervision of day-by-day well operations and coordination of activities in order to guarantee that operations meet targets set in approved programmes, plans add procedures prepared by Well Operations Engineering. Provided full classroom and practical training support to a large team of expatriate safety-training instructors. Developed a system for the repair and maintenance of the training equipment used in lifting, slinging, scaffolding, rope access and breathing apparatus training programmes. Duties included but were not limited to the following: Service and repair of all safety training equipment and the KPO Training Centre, Aksai Charging and calibration of BA cylinders Ordering replacement equipment as and when required Provide limited oral translation for instructors Maintaining a full inventory of equipment Colour coding lifting gear and associated equipment Constructed and dismantled scaffolding for use in various training activities Maintaining compressors and breathing masks Preparing classrooms and materials for courses Assisted with the supervision of trainees Assisted expatriate instructors to deliver the courses and provide practical demonstrations to trainees Assisting the Safety department to produce employee safety awareness programmes- induction Videos.
