Document and Track activity under a special software called FSA (Field Service Activity), ARMS, BAAN .and Cognisent and Inform customers of Company's Products. Well experienced in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, electronics and networking related to Production Printers, Copiers, Printers, Fax, Engineering Copier, Electronic Typewriter, Scanners, Interactive white boards, Fiery, Prisma and Scrub Cabinets. Provide software solutions to Customer. Experience in Handling Equitrac Manager and @tremote. Monitoring Devices. Above average in service performance reviews conducted by immediate manager. On Going Training CompTiA Sec+ and 2012 Server Administration. Willing to Provide assistance to different techs, Can work after office hours. Can work with team or Individual.
