Position required familiarity with heavy-duty gas turbine outage requirements and combustion and hot gas path components, as well as expert communication and scheduling skills.Worked closely with Regional Sales VP's and Director of Marketing to establish various market area pricing of all company products. I processed and approved job quotations, and monitored application of special pricing programs and incentives. In addition, I assisted the Customer Service Manager to supervise call center employees, order entry and shipping expedites. This position required substantial product knowledge and a familiarity with logistical requirements & troubleshooting. Maintained AS400 database with regards to the pricing of all company products.As Partnership Analyst in the Investor Relations Department of AIMCO (the largest owner & operator of apt. communities in US), I was responsible for writing quarterly laymen's term letters to investors to be mailed in conjunction with quarterly financial reports. Position required expert writing skills and the ability to gather and interpret financial & operational data from a variety of sources including asset managers & accountants.Responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of a 200-unit multi-family HUD subsidized (Section 236 and Section 8) apartment community in Taylors, SC.
