I understand and can debug complex problems of an entire system, even when others give up or simply settle for a convenient workaround without understanding the root cause. To do so consistently requires knowledge, intuition, and experience. In my experience as a team lead and junior engineer mentor, I’ve found that effective teamwork is a key ingredient to produce quality products. I believe the best way to lead is by setting a positive example, building inclusive and diverse teams, actively listening, and adapting with agility to the ever-changing priorities — skills I learned not only in my leadership roles, but also as a parent. At the same time, my focus is enabling every team member to give their best and grow in their career. All in all, I am passionate about technology, and love the daily challenges of bringing order to chaos and transforming some clever ideas into reality. While much of my time is invested in my job, I like to balance my time with family and friends, as well as some of my favorite hobbies, like cycling, running, and cooking.
