Barb Allen Email & Phone Number | My search for a career title led me to Domestic Engineer many years ago. I spent 14 years working in the dental field as an assistant/office manager. I truly loved the office and the fast pace with lots of responsibility and success, but then came time to raise our family. The practice was sold and without thinking twice, I knew it was time for me to retire. I partnered with my husband in our field tiling and drainage business - yes I spent many hours actually in the trenches. I have never been afraid of hard work and live by my mothers motto - "the best don't rest". The office managing duties are my full time position now. I spent those years while our kids were home volunteering for everything that came along. Because I had the flexibility in my schedule to make most anything fit in, I thrived on accomplishing it all and still being able to be with our kids. Volunteering for everything from Booster Club, 4-H, Relay for Life, our church activities to feeding athletes before or after games. I am a multi-tasker at heart and firmly believe the busiest people are the ones that get the most done. As the empty nest time approached I often wondered what my life would look like. I was blessed to find Rodan + Fields and I continue to be my own entrepreneur. Partnering with the Creators of Proactive, I've experienced personal accomplishment and success, but more importantly, the reward is sharing my passion for helping others and seeing their success. I am grateful for an abundant life and future, not only for my family but for others that will join us on this journey.
