I have extensive experience creating and implementing plans of care for children and their families to use during their hospital stay and upon returning home. I enjoy collaborating with members of multiple interdisciplinary teams to advocate and provide the best care for patients and families. I'm skilled at creating documents, presentations and trainings to continue to educate others of children’s needs. I engaged in consistent interviewing, placing and training of volunteers of various ages. Proficient in creating and implementing IEPs, as well as coordinating with school and camp counselors. I enjoy identifying areas of improvement within my work, creating and implementing new systems to function better as a team member and as an individual. I look forward to new job opportunities in the future that will compliment and utilize my skills to advocate for children and their families.
