Good Practice Maintenance Management: Provide support on matters pertaining to among others, Equipment Modifications to improve the plant operations, a complete Plant Shutdown Planning to ensure all tasks complete on time and thoroughly Spares Management, to assure the plant availability is disrupted. 5. Improve the Plant Design from O&M Perspectives: Provide review & proposal on Plant design to improve the plant operations from the Operator perspectives. This assures the plant to have the best CAPEX and OPEX. 6. Potent Process & Operations Troubleshooting ability: Many in-situ experience facing plant Process and Operations Failure, thus, able to provide immediate support to fix issues that occur in the plant, effectively. Notable Water Treatment & Seawater Reverse Osmosis (Desalination) Plant he has operated: 1. Malaysia: The 300 MLD Sungai Terip Potable Water Treatment Plant & 68MLD Kuala Jelai & Felda Kepis Potable Water Treatment Plant. (2000 to 2010). 2. Algeria: The 200MLD Souk Tleta Sea Water RO (REVERSE OSMOSIS) Desalination Plant, Tlemcen (2010 to 2012). 3. Qatar: The 440 MLD Doha North Sewage Treatment Plant. (2012 to 2014). 4. Oman: The 191MLD Al Ghubrah Seawater RO (REVERSE OSMOSIS) Desalination Plant.
