Further, I have worked for Smarterhomes technologies, which offers metering solutions for better utilization of water. I have been offered opportunities to understand startup and business very closely. I have been awarded as " Rising star" during the annual meeting as a mark of star performer of the company. I have taken interest in providing my feedbacks to various teams for better experiences for customers. I had been working with this mentality that I am here to make someone's day better. Currently, I am looking for a new environment that offers me such challenges and learning. It should help me in exploring and developing my expertise in customer support. After all, life is an amazing teacher, opportunity becomes the first step to witness such experiences.
