As a child I was a part of a competition book club (Battle of the Books) which instilled a ferocious reading habit. Through reading I soon discovered my interest in the human body and its amazing capabilities and inner workings. This led to my life-long interest in the functions and reactions of human physiology! How exercise impacts the entire human physiology fascinated me and I soon discovered my passion for helping people improve their health, fitness, nutrition, and overall human wellness. Everything changes once you begin even a modest attempt at a healthier lifestyle. Yet, it's hard to start a regular wellness routine and extremely difficult to maintain. Understanding that physical and mental well-being support overall human wellness and is essential to a happy and healthier lifestyle, I am always looking for new and different ways to improve people’s health. In my work, I utilize products and services that are consumer forward, tailored for each individual client, and most importantly proven to be effective. When I'm not at work, you can find me cooking, reading, lifting weights, and riding my bike around the city while developing my interest in photography. Traveling and experiencing other cultures is how I enjoy exploring the world we live in.
