Led multiple roles as the Technical Marketing Manager, Sales Account and Marketing Manager, Quality and Process Management, and also Production Management. Led launch of product sale for two of the largest OEM copper alloy consumption locations in the USA. Built profitability database that included all parts, semi-finish machine centers, costs, (VC, LC & FC) and customers to stratify and maximize revenue. Our team reduced customer credits by 85% and complaint rate by 60%. Helped lead team to supplier gold status for largest OEM account. Coordinated and designed tradeshows.
