ORGANISATIONAL SNAPSHOT : - Audit compliance & liasioning with Central Excise authority. - Advise all location in respect of Indirect Tax matter. - Represent Organization up to the Commissioner(Appeal) Level. - Distribution of Cenvat credit of Input Service Under ISD challan. - Payment of Service Tax as per Negative List Regime. - Availment of eligible Cenvat Credit of Input Service as per Cenvat Credit Rules. - Refund/Exemption of Service Tax towards the services utilized for Export of Goods. - Apply procedure for Removal of material under concessional rate of duty , Excise documentation thereof. - Compliance of EOU and procedure there of. - Compliance for EXIM/Customs procedure, determination of Customs/Import duty. - Updation of day to day changes in Excise/Service Tax/Customs and ensure its implementation. - Manage all statutory requirement for unit located at SEZ Area and supply to EOU under CT-3 form. - Monitoring the activity related to Application of Advance Licence till fulfillment of Export Obligation. - Obtain maximum Export Incentives. - Compliance of VAT and CST. - Follow up and tracking of C form and E1 form. - Preparation of MIS report comprising commercial activities. - Physical Stock taking at Plant and Depot and its Reconciliation. - Timely E-Filing of all statutory Excise/Service Tax and VAT return.
