Now if i talk about my past and current job profile here are the following I am Aware of piping standard, codes and Procedures for fabrication, Erection and Welding of plant piping work, as well as Heater & Boiler Jobs. > Knowledge of Preparation of WPS, PQR Job Procedure, ITP & Welder Qualification. > Monitoring NDT Inspection, maintaining records & protocols as per requirement. > Planning of monthly/ weekly/daily Erection /Welding of pressure parts of Heater jobs & Plant Piping Work. > Stage wise Inspection various ongoing welding, repair/modification job. > Carryout Inspection & Examination of Piping by using non destructive testing like Radiography, DPT, and MPT. > Study of Isometric Drawing. > Work in a team of Engineer's & other supporting staffs for bond complete Assignment. > Marking of joints no. & spool no. on piping ISO drawing. > Identification of piping material as per approved PMS. > Supervision of piping fabrication as per Isometric drawing, approved fabrication & erection procedures. > Supervision of Erection piping work as per isometric & approved GAD.
