Benchmarked the board's engagement, structure, and goals against 10 other Chicagoland nonprofit associate boards. -Identified ideal board member profiles, developed recruitment strategies, and designed executable go-forward roadmap to increase member retention and engagement, leveraging existing volunteers and external contacts. -Updated project status reports, led client status calls, submitted formal data requests, and presented mid-point and final deliverable to client.
