Arthur Melo Email & Phone Number | I have been working at Orange for 6 years now and it's been a path with many challenges, learning and accomplishments. My story started as an intern that was hired as an agent of Incident Management team where I made my roots and learned how to be multitask and to work under pressure. I stayed on this team for the following 4 years, but I became a Team Leader and later a Supervisor. There was where I got more and more responsibilities and learned how to think not only for my better living, but for my team! I focused all my energy to engage, motivate and be the best for my team while overcoming all customer requirements and needs. However, even after all of this journey, I felt that I had neglected a huge desire of mine: the technical knowledge! So, in January of 2023, I became a Technical Manager (VPO) where I could get a totally different vision of the business and started learning lots of technical contents. Later this year I got my CCNA and this opened a gate of learning that won't ever be closed. I started to learn from every situation I had and subscribed myself on every training available. I feel that today my technical knowledge had a huge increase but we always have lots of stuff to learn. I intend to remain on this technical path for the rest of my life and build an even solider career with all the experience I got from all of these years, learning more and more every single day.
