Metrologic is an Industrial Software Editor for 3D Metrology applications. I have been working at Metrologic for 17 years. At the beginning I started as application engineer for 1 Year, I was is charge of training our customer and supporting them to use our solution. Then I moved in our R&d department, working closely with our developpers and I was in charge of testing the software and making sure that the software it met customers expectation (internal and external customer). After 2 years in our R&D department and a successfull technical experience I decided to move in the sales teams, and I have been in charge of French market for 10 years whith a focus on direct sales. I have increased our cutomer satisfaction, sales revenue, and have attracted strategic key account for the compagny. During this time I worked a lot with measuring devices manufacturer and have built a stong sales network. Naturally I have decided to focus on this channel with a first step in France before acting as a global role. Now I am in charge of relations and sales with our partner (O.E.M), I am working directly with Metrologic's top management and all our managing director located all around the world. My role is to define the strategy on OEM channel with the top management, to set OEM agreement and good practices and spread internally all this information with the aim of getting a long terms partnership and win win collaboration. Fraichement diplômé de l'enseignement supérieur et après quelques missions intérimaires, ma carrière s'est principalement déroulée chez Metrologic Group. Au départ sur des postes techniques, j'ai souhaité rapidement orienter ma carrière sur des postes à caractères plus commerciaux et ainsi au fil du temps et après plusieurs expériences réussies évoluer jusqu'au poste de Responsable des ventes au travers de nos partenaires fabriquants d'instrument de mesure O.E.M channel sales manager. Durant ces 17 années chez Metrologic, l'entreprise ainsi que ma carrière n'ont cessé d'évoluer me permettant une remise en cause et un challenge continu.
