After 3 years, I moved to work as Sales Engineer for Gestra, manufacturer of steam valve and boiler accessories. I am the first direct representative of the company in Indonesia and my main responsibility is to work with distributor and develop them while also pioneering direct sales channel in Indonesia. This experience equipped me about how to handle distributor and build successful relationship with them. Besides distributorship, I also responsible to pioneer direct sales channel. I learn a lot about how to gain customer trust, build customer loyalty by actively working with them through solution selling process.
