Ariel Gritti is a I have been in IT for +30 years occupying several positions; In 2016 I made a decision that changed my professional life and why not my personal life. It was when I began to specialize in the ServiceNow platform. I have been a ServiceNow Architect since 2016 in 4 large companies, implementing ITSM, ITOM, CSM and now about to enter the GRC & SecOps world. Another milestone since 2018 is leading the ServiceNow User Group in Spain where large ServiceNow customer share their experience at our annual events. I'm a customer advisor/reference for ServiceNow in EMEA and I've participated in several sessions with potential and current customers. If I have to define myself in a few words, I am passionate about ServiceNow.
