I've facilitated business meetings in employee crises and held a seat on the Board of Directors for USA Canoe/Kayak, for which I negotiated the terms and conditions of licensing agreements. My hobbies include pushing the boundaries of my comfort zone with triathlon, ultra marathons, kayaking, ice climbing, and dog sledding. I was named the Captain of the US Women's kayak polo team, not for exceptional natural skills, but from my determination, leadership, and team building spirit. As a team, we represented the United States at the World Championships in Poznan, Poland and in Cali, Columbia at World Games.
