Furthermore, I was completely responsible for the new joiner onboarding process in the Customer Success department. My main responsibilities and achievements were: Leading a team of 12 employees and managing scale the Implementation Team from 3 to 20 employees. Managing the internal onboarding process for the Customer Success department (Which was later adopted for the entire department.) Responsible for the Implementation OKRs to achieve more process efficiency (target achievement 95%). In this role, I was fully responsible for the digitization of HR processes of SMEs (1-1000 employees). The goal of my work was to support my clients fostering the focus on people analytics and data-drivenness in their mission to transform their HR into a business-critical department. My main responsibilities and achievements were: Successfully digitised the HR processes of 100 SMEs companies. Strategic pre- and post-Go-Live support Conception and conduction of customer workshops. Built up the video content library at Personio (e.g. explanatory videos). •Organization and coordination of sport events at the Allianz Arena •Participation in the "Audi Cup" in 2011,2013 and 2015 •Support and review of the technique at the Allianz Arena. •Public Relations •Participation and Contribution at the IHK-Conference for climate protection within the Munich area •Conceptual planning and implementation of the first (e-)mobility station in the Munich area •GIS-Mapping and Idea generation for sustainability projects withing the Munich area.
