I have concluded that the only solution to these problems is through ethical entrepreneurship that not only promotes sustainability and health for humans and the environment, but also creates sustainable/scalable value for local, national, and international economies. What better solution than HEMP to the problems listed above? That is why a strong hemp industry should be a priority, not just for select regions of the world, but for every last human being on earth. --- Since Spring of 2020, I have been building the foundation of my business (Herba Rosa). I've learned the ins and outs of starting up a sole proprietorship. From permits and licensing to accounting, sourcing, marketing, website building, and sales. I know, by experience, what it takes to start a CPG brand from the ground up. I've read at least a dozen books on sales and negotiation, applying my knowledge in the field. I can now say, with confidence, that I have experience in direct AND B2B sales. I always start with the discovery step, and never show weakness or desperation.
