Anthony Daponte Email & Phone Number | After achieving a Master of Science degree in electronics I started my career as production supervisor in Volvo Cars' factory in Belgium. One year later I was accepted in the company's international trainee program. The first assignment of this program took place in global launch management in Sweden. For my second task I worked in China's global launch management team where I supported the local launch team with preparing production for the newest car model. After this role I moved back to Sweden to work as developer in R&D within the area of traction battery. My next position was launch coordinator in USA. Volvo Cars had opened a new factory and I supported the local team for the start of the first production. When I returned to Sweden I took up the role as Agile transformation coordinator for my department to map out the implications of introducing this new mindset. Currently, I am working in Advanced Engineering to bring in the manufacturing requirements in new concept studies.
