I have participated as a team member SME in several projects, and then moved to Project Management roles in several system implementations across finance and operations functions both locally and internationally. Working for the CNHI and Fiat Group has provided me with great opportunities to grow and develop in a widely diverse organisation. I was a key participant in the first Australian Agricultural Equipment Asset Backed Securitisation in 2001, and involved in several more since. This process broadened my experience further in compliance and audit methodologies, process control and continuous improvement. I am a skilled Finance professional having held various roles covering Financial Accounting, Management/Commercial Accounting, Securitisation Accounting and Compliance, Reporting and Analysis. I am passionate about utilising technology to produce accurate, fact-based information to assist with business decisions. I am experienced with several BI tools, my favourite being Qlik products, but I am always keen to learn more. I embrace continuous improvement as a way of working, and encourage my teams to always look for more efficient and effective ways of doing things. The only constant is change. I have a Bachelor in Business - Accounting, Project Management Diploma and completed ITIL Foundations. In addition to this I have undertaken other studies or short courses to broaden my knowledge along the way. I am currently studying Diploma in Financial Planning for personal interest. Continuous learning is my philosophy whether it be with an institution or on the job!
