My vision is to be a catalyst for a global shift towards wholistic well-being, focusing on preventative and proactive health, and steering away from bandaid medications and surgeries. I envision a world where individuals and communities thrive in health and vitality, having taken back their power of self-responsibility. Having experienced and resolved Hashimoto's thyroiditis myself, I have a keen interest in thyroid health, gut health and hormonal health and have helped many patients over the last 2 decades to regain their energy, vitality and confidence in mind and body. In my spare time I love to get outdoors, enjoy nature, swim, get active, go camping, spend time near the ocean and visit places I’ve not seen before. I’m committed to staying fit, healthy and active so I can live my best life and leave a valuable legacy for my children and my children's children.
