Corporate Legal Counsel ● Providing legal assistance and advice in corporate, restructuring and commercial contracts in headquarters and foreign subsidiaries. Wide scope of responsibilities: Advising and providing any legal assistance to Spanish and foreign companies of the Group specially on day-to-day corporate law, commercial contracts and product compliance.
