As an example, one time I offered to cross-train on the accounts of all the other members of my customer service department. This way, when one of my co-workers went to lunch, I always was able to step in and cover their clients' orders and needs seamlessly. Also, when someone would go on vacation, I would get to cover for that person without any lapse of excellent customer care for those clients. I loved getting to do this, since balancing accounts, managing multiple tasks, mediating conflicting deadlines and swift time management are all things I enjoy greatly. I also spent many years at home raising 2 children with high-functioning autism. This taught me how to master balancing budgets, determination, unswerving loyalty, patience and creative problem solving. I was even named Parent Volunteer of the Year by the California District PTA and the Los Angeles Unified School District. I look forward to becoming a part of your company's successful future.
