I am familiar with EP, IFC and EBRD standards and requirements,and have significant experience in training activities on IFC and EBRD standards and requirements on social and labour topics. Throughout my career, my focus has always been on low-income and vulnerable people, gender issues, stakeholder engagement, participatory approaches, social targeting and sustainable natural resources management. Before 2008, I have worked for more than 15 years with main UN agencies, WB and EU in the design and evaluation of urban and rural development programs and in social impact assessments of infrastructure projects. My experience includes social impacts evaluation of natural resources and national parks projects. I conducted a number of WB poverty assessments with extensive field work particularly in Western Africa
